Guiderock Commercial Realty LLC has been awarded Costar Power Broker Awards for several transactions during the second quarter of 2025 in the Lincoln, Nebraska market. The awards included the sale and lease of an industrial building at 2020 SW 5th Street, long-term lease extension with Burger King at 2045 S. 17th St., and renewal of The Mettle Grill at Edgewood Shopping Center.
